👾 Hey, I’m Saleha ~

🌱 Currently exploring:

  • Scaling Big Data pipelines (Spark, Docker, Singularity, Nextflow and so on)
  • Parallel and Distributed Computing
  • Deep Learning in life sciences
  • Bioinformatics tools like Galaxy, IGV, AUGUSTUS, RepeatMasker
  • Genomics (and my favorite tangents: Cancer Genomics and Epigenetics)
  • Genome Wide Association Studies and CLI tools like PLINK and GEMMA

I’m a 3nd-year Bioinformatics undergrad who's on the hunt for research ideas for her FYP.
