We can't mock individual methods of ESM modules in the browser, so we use WTR's import map plugin to redirect all "lwc" imports to a mock file. The mock file is mostly a re-export.

type: modulein thepackage.jsonand renames all.mjsto.js.testandtest-hydrationdirectories were previously just symlinks tointegration-karma. Now the files have been copied over, so that we can have divergent tests (i.e. migratetest/custom-elements-registry/index.spec.js) and eventually removeintegration-karmaentirely.Does this pull request introduce a breaking change?
