Gives Warning or Advisory on GEN OFF aswell BUS ISLN, also if Standby Power is off. Gives Advisory when Fuel imbalance occurs in tank 1 and 4 (most outboard tanks).
Should be overridden in the future by Engine Shutdown condition-> if Engine Shutdown ->no messages on EICAS
