This PR tries to add a basic support for angel script language server for VS code.
Lucas shared about https://github.com/sashi0034/angel-lsp on the Discord server . After looking at the repo, I thought to add a little support for generating the as.predefine support to the NVGT Ccre.
This is the start of this enitiative and don't know how long it can take to complete. This pr is "just get started"!
