This is a TicTacToe game built using C++.
The game always starts with 'X' symbol.
Player will not get to choose the symbol.
Player have to provide any number between 1 to 9.
If the specified cell is already acquired, then the player have to choose another empty cell.
Simple/diagonal row/column consisting same symbols will result in winning situation, otherwise game will be draw.
