fixed multi-contig inversion bug

Major changed to edit mode.

Sequences will no longer merge when editing, instead edited sequences will always be defined relative to the input sequences.

Edit mode now has two sub-modes, free-form and snap. In snap mode, sequences align to the ends of other sequences.

Note: save-state files from previous versions are NOT compatable with version 0.1
