Bigger codebase target for the marketplace demo: - ~100 files, 89 tests passing - Real SaaS feel: projects + tasks + tags + due dates - Backend API routes, mock auth, middleware - Settings with sub-pages (profile, appearance, keyboard, data) - i18n (en/de/es), a11y helpers, CSV export - Stats dashboard with CSS-only bar charts - Vitest tests across storage, search, filters, sort, csv, components - Zero new heavy deps (no framer/zod/radix) Old Todo app preserved on branch backup-todo-app.
