This has the terra libraries found at https://github.com/zdevito/terra/releases/tag/release-2015-08-03 .
- this won't work on OSX 10.9.5 (with R recompiled as per LuaJit instructions) because I haven't included the pre-build terra libraries
- but so far doesn't work on RHEL 5.6.
- but does work on Amazon EMR m1.medium instances and above!
