Added webpack and exported gulp-tasks to modules

To get this running, you need to run npm install again.
Otherwise some required files are missing (e.g. webpack)

Fixed the grid

The grid had issues on mobile. That's fixed for now.

Pattern Library Functionality

Today is the day that marked the first release of the documentation-system. You can use this repository now to build a pattern library. The next release will introduce refactored settings and switches/configuration, so we can easily discard css we don't need in a project.
