Updated the IAM section to reflect the creation of three custom IAM policies and roles instead of two. Added the 'autoscaling_enabled' option to the configuration variables table.

Updated the IAM section to reflect the creation of three custom IAM policies and roles instead of two. Added the 'autoscaling_enabled' option to the configuration variables table.
As it stands, it is not clear whether the IaC will, by default, create IAM policies for the cluster autoscaler. It is also unclear that the IaC does not deploy the autoscaler itself, but instead only generates an ARN that can be used by the DaC, which is responsible for deploying the autoscaler.
