JoinLayers():Consultation regarding the correct order of using and normalization in Seurat v5

Dear Seurat team,

First of all, I would like to express my respect and appreciation for your work on Seurat.
I have some questions regarding the usage of the function:JoinLayers()

Should I first use JoinLayers() to merge all sample layers and then perform the standard preprocessing steps ( JoinLayers→ LogNormalize → ScaleData → RunPCA )?
Or should I perform the LogNormalize → ScaleData → RunPCA →JoinLayers ?

JoinLayers():Will the order of applying (before or after normalization and scaling) affect the final results?
