Hi,
I was interested in the ClusterPreservationScore from the Azimuth App, however i was interested in running this in R in Seurat. I was wondering, if this function will be eventually available in R and would you advise for its use in Transfer mapping in R as well? I already use LISI ,ARI and KBET metrices.
