Dots shifted away from image in SpatialPlots?

Hi all,
I have previously loaded in a data set and had no problems with doing so, however I recently loaded it in again and the dots are shifted from the H&E image. What's even more strange is that this has only happened to some data from the same batch--others are completely fine.

The web summaries for all of these are completely normal and have the dots positioned over the H&E image normally. I was wondering if there was anything I could do here to fix this?
