Defining a population based on more than one marker gene

I have done single cell of cancer and controls with PBMC (10X) and this is my main cell map

I want to define cell population based on more that one marker

Let's say HLA-DRlow/neg and CD11b+/CD33+

For each of these markers I know what to do, for example, for CD11b positive cells (ITGAM)

Do you know how to do simultaneously for both CD11b positive and HLA-DR negative?
