Hi all,

This repo is bouncing back in activity after a lull and I'm pleased to see that. I thought I'd take this opportunity to introduce a couple ideas I had for user and developer resources.

• As many users are not experienced with contributing to open software, I wrote a more detailed issue template for bug reports:
  guided-bug-report.md I wanted to hold off on making this a PR until I got an idea for if there was interest in it from the dev team. (Please give feedback on this template) (Making a PR now anyway)
• The wiki is quite outdated; it seems most information there is from 2019 or so. I think users could really benefit from an updated wiki. With some agenda from the dev team, I would be glad to help.

• More liberal application of the "needs more information" and "help wanted" labels would help navigate the issues page.
  • Maybe issues that have "needs more information" for a long time could get an additional label?
