How to Convert to an h5 File

Hello,

I have a question regarding single-cell analysis using Seurat.
A certain web tool requires a h5 file (----.h5) for analysis, but I only have the filtered_feature_bc_matrix files (from a published data set), as shown in the attached image.
Is there a way to convert these files into h5 files?
Just to let you know, I am using Seurat version 4.3.0.1.
