Seurat tutorial

Hi, I'm trying to use the guided tutorial on seurat by satijalab. But nothing is loading in my system. The directories are different. Do I need to download all raw data and modify the code according to my system-requirement? In the 6th line of code attempting to read10x data, I'm getting the error message "Directory provided does not exist" even after decompressing the data.
