Hi,
I have done the subset of a group of cells based on a GENE1 using the slot "data" from the assay "RNA". Then, I plot the FeaturePlot() of this GENE1 and every cell expresses it in a scale of 0-3. However, when I plot the FeaturePlot() with the option "blend" using GENE1 and GENE2, this GENE1 is only expressed in one group of cell, while the GENE2 is expressed in the rest of cells (and only few cells coexpress both genes). I would expect that the second group, which express GENE2 and (in theory) also GENE1, would have several co-expressed cells. The plot scale in this last case goes from 0 to 10.
I know FeaturePlot() uses the normalized data, but what does it change when blend option is used?
Thanks in advance,
Pablo
