Find Markers

I want to find DEGs from comparing PC to TC in the Wildtype group. The PC is defined by the cell types: PCA and PCB. Is this code correct:

WTTCvsWTPC <-FindMarkers(KS_sub,
ident.1 = "TC",
ident.2 = c("PCA", "PCB"),
group.by = "Type",
subset.ident = "WT")

Because when i run it i get this error: Error in WhichCells.Seurat(object = x, cells = cells, idents = idents, :
Cannot find the following identities in the object: WT

Please help. I attempted to change the Idents(KS_sub) to Type rather than the cluster cell types but it did not work.
