Subset Visium-HD data according to spatial location

I am processing a Visium-HD data. The 002 um section is too large for my hardware. Hence, I want to cut the data in to four piece for the future analysis.

Object
An object of class Seurat
18085 features across 8751057 samples within 1 assay
Active assay: Spatial.002um (18085 features, 0 variable features)
2 layers present: counts, data
3 spatial fields of view present: slice1.002um slice1.008um slice1.016um

However, I failed in subset according to the tutorial:

Object <- subset(Object, anterior1_imagerow > 400 | anterior1_imagecol < 150)
Could anyone please help me with this data.

I hava failed to do so. The cells numbers were not reduced at all:

Object$spatial_coord_x < mean(Object$spatial_coord_x) &
Object$spatial_coord_y < mean(Object$spatial_coord_y)
)]
Object$CellID <- colnames(Object)
length(cells)/ncol(Object)
Object <- subset(Object, subset = CellID %in% cells)
