convert SingleCellExperiment objects that contain DelayedArrays to Seurat objects #7846

Hey @satijalab!
I have a Bioconductor data package that allows users to install several SingleCellExperiment objects derived from one of our publications. As described in this issue, they were having problems converting them to Seurat due to incompatibilities with DelayedArrays objects. This has been reported as an issue before for Seurat v4, and it would be awesome if it would be fixed for the upcoming v5 of Seurat.
