Generate visual-snapshots CLI package with pdf command which for now does nothing
- convert pdf file into images (one image per page) - create a build - create a snapshot for each pdf page image - finish the build
- include visual-snapshots in replace_pkg_version.sh mapping - include visual-snapshots in packages.json
