This addon allows you to manage your cameras and render settings in Blender. It was first published by Hokuss Pokuss in 2019, and has since been maintained by community members to maintain compatibilty with the current versions of Blender. This is a new update, refactoring and feature expansion.
download the zip file and use the Add-ons tab in the user preferences to install the addon
the addon will add a new tab to the n button properties tab in the main 3d window From there, you can manage the cameras and render settings for the current file
use the Add-ons tab in the user preferences to uninstall the addon
