Updated the template I used for submission of my PhD thesis, on January 2026

- Added fontsize and anyfontsize packages to support fractional font sizes
- Added other AMS mathematics packages
- Migrated bibliography management to BibLaTeX
- Added several comments explaining margin sizes
- Added a latexmkrc file for glossaries to be compiled properly in VS Code using LaTeX Workshop
- Added support for acronyms in a glossary
