Profiles
Add and remove profiles for fast switching between modes via the tray icon or the profile combo box.
Profiles can be added using the + button and removed using the - button.
The tray icon allows for quick switching between profiles. You can also apply a profile by clicking the ✔ button in the Misc tab.
The default profile cannot be removed, and it’s the one that loads when the app starts for the first time.
Some profiles may include changes that require Firefly Luciferin to restart automatically. If a restart is needed, the ✔ or the Save button will appear red.
(This feature is available on Windows only)
Once a profile is active, the apply ✔ button is replaced by a menu button ☰. Clicking this button opens the Advanced Profile Settings dialog.
The Advanced Profile Settings dialog allows you to set triggers to automatically apply a profile when a specific application is running or when certain conditions are met.
In the Advanced Profile Settings dialog, you can:
- Monitor a running process (e.g., steam.exe) and apply the profile when it is detected.
- Monitor the active window and apply the profile when it is in full screen.
- Monitor CPU and GPU load and apply the profile when the load exceeds a specified threshold.
