Trying to migrate to SBT 2.

Getting this error. It seems to me like sbt-jacoco plugin regression.

Can be reproduced here

If it's not an issue but a misconfiguration, I would appreciate if you can tell me what exactly is missing here. Thank you!

sbt ++${{ matrix.scala }} build

The above needs to be changed to:

sbt "++${{ matrix.scala }}; build"

in sbt 2.x - https://www.scala-sbt.org/2.x/docs/en/changes/migrating-from-sbt-1.x.html#running-a-sequence-of-commands

Hi @eed3si9n . Sorry, I didn't realise the build is failing on something irrelevant to what I reproduce locally. Thank you for helping getting this fixed, I overlooked that part of migration guide.
