Description
Adds high-level documentation comments to the debug contract UI components
(ContractUI and DebugContracts), explaining how deployed contracts are
resolved, selected, and rendered on the debug page.
This helps first-time contributors understand the debug contract flow
without needing to trace multiple hooks and utilities.
