docs: improve clarity and fix typos in useScaffoldEventHistory #133

This PR addresses the minor typos, capitalization issues, and phrasing inconsistencies identified in issue #133 for the useScaffoldEventHistory hook documentation.

Changes

• Grammar: Added missing commas after introductory clauses (e.g., "If set to true, it will...").
• Consistency: Standardized the Configuration table and Return Values with proper capitalization and trailing periods.
• Clarity: Refined the polling interval description to correctly reference the scaffold.config.ts configuration.
• Capitalization: Corrected "Id" to "ID" to match industry standards.
