- Cloudserver version detection fix: identify git SHA tags as v9
- ClickHouse schema: sync with changes in CLDSRV-838: Change startTime type to milliseconds since epoch cloudserver#6056
Require semver-style tags (digits followed by dot) for v7 detection. Git SHAs like "7aae6b6..." now default to v9.
Store timestamps as epoch milliseconds (Int64) instead of DateTime64(3) for consistent handling across ingest, storage, and offsets tables.
