Also dropped the multi-stage build since the image is small
Context: Found that the logConfiguration.secretOptions (which uses dynamic env vars under the hood) does not work with the Debian base image (unclear why)
Switching back to the Alpine base image works fine, tested with a private ECR build and test ECS service
