infufrgs — LaTeX Class for INF/UFRGS Documents

infufrgs is a LaTeX document class that formats theses, dissertations, monographs and research reports following the typographic and bibliographic standards required by the Institute of Informatics (INF) of the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), Porto Alegre, Brazil.

english	Typeset document in English
oneside	Single-sided layout (default is two-sided)
noabntcite	Omit automatic loading of abntex2cite
nominatalocal	Read nominata data from nominatalocal.def

Requirements

This class requires a modern TeX installation (TeX Live 2021 or later is recommended). The following packages must be available:

• Standard packages shipped with every TeX distribution: xspace, keyval, iftex, babel (with brazilian and english language support), lastpage, indentfirst, setspace, titlesec, tocloft, fancyhdr, xcolor, graphicx, caption, hyperref, hypcap, geometry
• Font packages: newtxtext and newtxmath (for pdfLaTeX) or fontspec with the TeX Gyre Termes font (for XeLaTeX/LuaLaTeX)
• Bibliography: abntex2cite (part of the abntex2 bundle, shipped with TeX Live and MiKTeX)
