Historically, the ModelAngelo protocol was implemented in a separate plugin, scipion-em-modelangelo. However, since ModelAngelo is now bundled with Relion, maintaining this separation is no longer necessary. This pull request introduces a new protocol for ModelAngelo directly within scipion-em-relion.
