Ordered Container Start in Score - containers.*.before.containers|ready

TODOs:

• Update the sample-full file with one example
  • Have this in the spec PR once validated/completed too.
• Integrate this branch in score-compose to start the implementation
• Add business logic here in score-go that could be reused by concrete implementations
• Merge everything in their respective main branch

Note: the integration in score-k8s will be done later.
