Updated installation scripts

Description

Installation scripts are updated with these changes

• Added required comments with executing/running commands
• Added commands to update packages-list before starting installation of further packages
• Added auto response as y OR yes in commands requiring user response for installation of downloaded packages
• In script file of brew : Added command to manually install mysql package config - pkgconfig

How Has This Been Tested?

All of these scripts are tested locally by running docker images of respective OSs or distros as docker containers

As previous PR was messed up a bit so I pulled this one as neat and clean.
@vivonk @agentmilindu these updated files are working fine and install all required latest packages for Bassa installation.
