Support express 5

There don't seem to be any reasons this lib shouldn't be compatible with express@5, but it is currently scoped to versions < 5.

I'm getting the following:

Argument of type 'RequestHandler<ParamsDictionary, any, any, ParsedQs, Record<string, any>>[]' is not assignable to parameter of type 'RequestHandlerParams<ParamsDictionary, any, any, ParsedQs, Record<string, any>>'.

That's when using the suggested way of setting up with app.use("/api-docs", swaggerUi.serve, swaggerUi.setup(swaggerDocument));

It's generating an array with multiple middleware I believe? I use:

  router.use('/api-docs', swaggerUi.serve)
  router.get('/api-docs', swaggerUi.setup(swaggerDocument))

Casting arguments to any worked for me:

app.use("/docs", swaggerUi.serve as any, swaggerUi.setup(openapi) as any);
