71ab0b4 seems to change only the section title but not the the text in the toctree

This PR adds a quick start guide on using contrast agnostic model's pretrained weights with nnUNet. Detailed instructions are provided within the guide.
Note: This PR was originally in ivadomed/utilities#54 but has been moved to this repo as this repo is the right location.
@valosekj if you're pushing any changes, please do so in this branch. The PR in ivadomed/utilities will be closed.
