@acronin96 I drafted a figure for the ghost comparison. Here is what it currently looks like: 
Let me know what you think? Also, since there are only 2 subjects that are in the LSE region, the violin plot looks a bit odd and dilutes how much of an improvement the method does (in therms of significance). I was wondering if we are planning on acquiring more LSE data to remedy the low statistical power or if we should exclude the region. |

This PR adds a figure.py script to generate figures. This script will be run after running sct_run_batch.
