Set DE integration test job timeout to 8 hours#259

GitHub Actions defaults each job to 6h. The full DE suite (especially the weekly scheduled run with --with-python) can exceed that, so bump all three DE jobs to 480 minutes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
