Currently the slitmap has 3 predetermined values for the fibstatus column: fibstatus: 0=good, 1=dead, 2=low, 3=repair, 4=short, however it does not propagate the failures during extraction.
The best way to deal with this issue would be add a "5=bad" potential value for fibers that were flagged as bad during the extraction. Given this definition, fibstatus=5 would also imply fibstatus=1.
This PR solves issue #194. It also solves a wrong propagation of the
ypix_{channel}columns during spectrograph stacking
