Alpha version of Neurochat update after submission

Mostly bug fixes and error catching.

Small Updates After Submission

Many small changes have been made since submission.
Mostly these have revolved around more accurate matching of file names (handling .'s in filenames for e.g.)
Also improved smoothing of head directional data and plotting to avoid a less accurate smoothing around 0 degrees.
Formatted some code also.
