[GITHUB INTERNAL PROBLEM] Failed to load commit info on 2 folders - 2021 October 3rd

Something odd happened to a few of my commits today. I managed to create image folders for several graphics projects without error, until I got to Google ads. It said that it couldn't show recent commit information within the inner folders here, but everywhere else, it was fine. One of my past DeGoogle projects for Google Analytics had the same problem, but for the entire repository.

it is outright refusing to show these images or their alt text

I noticed that it doesn't like the keywords: Google and Ads together, as it did it again when I made folder that contained the keywords:

Again, it is outright refusing to render the images. I know they work, as I can download them and view them.
