I don't think we need to rush to remove this in case users are using an older version of roslyn. But at least add a TODO about removing this in the future. We can probably maybe remove it after 0.12 is removed and we are removing some other things?

I see that I actually also myself depended on this in my config, so I think we should add it back😅
I am using
silent = trueoption to turn off the init notification from vim.notify, and implement the notification with fidget
