tests: add playwright tests for artifacts

From the description of the ticket it should cover the following items:

• Test covers full flow: input -> verification -> result display
• User is able to view artifact metadata fields in a summary (e.g. labels, size)
• User can navigate to the registry by clicking on the card title
• User has a clear indicator of overall verification status of the artifact
• User has a clear indicator of verification status per signature and attestation
• User is able to see all signatures and attestations (if any) associated with the artifact
