also updated the tests & vcr cassettes against the latest API, and changed how it gets the published & modified date. The date timestamp had changed (and was now being interpreted as Jan 1970, and
firstPublishedwas always giving the same date (Nov 2025 I think) - see https://testing.sysmo-db.org/search?q=yeast&search_type=models&include_external_search=1#biomodels-databases
