Setup on Windows(x64)

Now modify config.yml to include your ruby path. It should be
present in C:\devkit if you used the default install location.
Now you need to run these two again:
ruby dk.rb init
ruby dk.rb install
I don't know why, but somehow even though the chocolatey installer
does call these two commands:
cd $devKitInstallDir
& ruby dk.rb init
& ruby dk.rb install --force
The environment variables aren't getting updated without running it
a second time.
Install rake and hoegem install rake-compiler
This was necessary for bluecloth. Now that we are using kramdown, we don't need it.gem install hoe
Install the V8 engine - This version is the current latest version
This was necessary for therubyracer. We don't need that now.gem install libv8 -v '3.16.14.3' -- --with-system-v8
kgio does not run on Windows, and unicorn needs it. So you can use the default WEBrick server that comes with Rails.
- Install ruby using cinst
- install devkit https://github.com/oneclick/rubyinstaller/wiki/Development-Kit
- edit config.yml in devkit directory -> add rubypath (ex: c:/ruby200)

Install all gems that are not "Unix-only":
bundle install --without unix_only -
for Mysql2 follow this solution exactly
