- Bump golang 1.25.11 -> 1.25.12 (resolves GO-2026-5856) - Bump github.com/hashicorp/terraform-plugin-sdk/v2 v2.24.1 -> v2.40.1 (GO-2026-5932) - Bump github.com/terraform-provider-openstack/terraform-provider-openstack v1.49.0 -> v1.54.1 Also: - Add Trivy (security scanner) to the Makefile - Refactor golangci-lint target in Makefile to run via Docker - Bump govulncheck in github actions (pin-sha-tags)
