Migrated from reddit post. Listing character of week from CK3 game. PDX updated it every Friday(in GMT+6:30 per my testing)
From browsering through reddit, it seems there is a hardcoded list in game as of now. Assuming Richard the Lionheart is first appearing in the game, I have updated the list. And for charactesr I haven't seen in game, I have splitted them into another list and will be mergeing back as the time passed.
If I am not wrong, PDX will add more characters to list, as they can't rotate just about 52 characters for rest of the game lifetime.
