Adds `selkies-webtop` (full Debian XFCE desktop through Selkies) and `kasmvnc-qupath` (QuPath through KasmVNC), which shipped as branches but was never listed here, to the Available Studios table and the branch example in the Quick Start. Neither has a pre-built GHCR image — the release workflow builds from the directories still on `master`, not from studio branches — so the pre-built image section now says which studios it covers and points the desktop ones at their Git branch or the Wave CLI. Their display and streaming variables are linked rather than duplicated, since both branch READMEs document them in full.
