Very small patch release: just adds in an environment variable when running commands, so that other tools can detect when they're being run by rich-codex.

• ✨ Set RICH_CODEX=1 automatically for all executed commands (command, before_command, and after_command), so command scripts can reliably detect when they are running under rich-codex.
