Use WAL for journaling to make database write faster

• Make SQLite driver use WAL as its journaling mode to speed up all our paralel queries.
• Apply a few minor lints for cleanup at the same time.
• Should not impact an upstream install.

Requires fix for MSADPCM build to go in first, since that un-breaks build lol.

Hi @rncwind, could you target the branch from main to dev branch 0.3.0. Also I personally think the pr changes should keep as minimum as possible. (seems containing conflicts with #48 already)
